Empowering Health Research through Strategic Funding

The Whole Health Consortium offers funding to support innovative, transdisciplinary health research. Our two funding streams – Seed Grants and Flash Funding – encourage collaboration across disciplines and community partnerships to address critical health challenges. 

The Whole Health Consortium offers two funding opportunities: Seed Grant Funding supports long-term, transdisciplinary health research projects that engage community partners and lay the groundwork for larger grants. Flash Funding provides rapid-response support for short-term, time-sensitive projects or pilot studies addressing urgent health research questions. Learn more below.

    To support the initial development of potential Whole Health research collaborations resulting in opportunities to explore or cultivate innovative and multidisciplinary community-engaged research inquiries or areas of interest within the Whole Health Framework.

    Awards that will enable researchers to form collaborative and interdisciplinary teams. The aim is to prime these teams for high-impact, community-engaged research, setting the stage for them to develop research proposals robust enough to compete for larger, more substantial future grants.
