Much of my profession work has been focused on clinician and care-team well-being and burnout. I have also been involved in research through the Department of HNFE and Fralin biomedical institute on diabetes prevention and behavioral economics. Additionally, our Family Medicine Residency program has started a Lifestyle Medicine track to help advance patient well-being through the scientific application of lifestyle interventions.
