My research has focused on identifying the administrative burdens, including the learning, compliance, and psychological costs that entitled individuals face when accessing public benefits, including higher education, health care, welfare programs. Currently, I am involved in projects assessing the language access needs of individuals with limited English proficiency in behavioral health facilities.
