My professional mission aligns well with the Whole Health Consortium. I seek to improve the care of older adults in the health care system by driving culture change, educating providers and the community and studying and improving care systems. I am actively working with numerous partners within the health system and VT Human Factors engineers to study, design and drive needed system changes to improve the care of older adults.
