I provide leadership in aligning research, technical assistance, and capacity building support to public, foundation, and non-profit organizations. I have led program evaluations, and applied research and technical assistance projects for state, regional, and local agencies.  My work focuses on public policy and programs addressing human services, healthcare access, community well-being, and economic and social disparities.  Since joining Virginia Tech, I have managed more than $17 million in sponsored program research and technical assistance programs.
