Dr. Mihalache O'Keef is a behavioral social scientist, trained in Political Science and International Relations. In recent projects, she is applying her interdisciplinary background and methodological training to strengthen local community initiatives and partnerships. Such projects have ranged from supporting the evaluation efforts of local organizations to creating community-engaged classroom projects designed to uplift and bring value to the community partners.
