My work leading trauma-informed and healing-centered initiatives across Virginia's social services system aligns closely with the Whole Health Consortium's mission to advance equitable, holistic well-being. Both focus on transforming systems, policies, and practices to promote whole-person and whole-community health through trauma-informed, healing-centered, and evidence-based approaches. Together, my experience and the work of the Office of Trauma and Resilience Policy share a commitment to bridging research and practice to create sustainable, meaningful change across Virginia's communities and workforce.
