Join us for an afternoon celebrating innovation, collaboration, and momentum in Whole Health at Virginia Tech!

This interactive event will bring together researchers, clinicians, and community partners to:

  • Showcase Whole Health projects in action
  • Spark new pilot ideas in a high-energy Ideation Sprint

  • Celebrate What’s Already Happening: Hear Seeds in Action — brief, dynamic highlights from seed-grant-funded Whole Health research teams, showcasing discoveries, lessons learned, and the growing momentum in Whole Health.
  • Collaborate & Spark New Ideas: Participate in a structured Ideation Sprint, dive into themed breakout rooms, form interdisciplinary teams, and co-create promising project concepts. Your ideas and perspective matter!

1:30 – 2:45 PM | Seeds in Action: WHC-Funded Research Highlights
Seed-grant-funded teams share short, high-impact presentations showcasing discoveries, lessons learned, and the breadth of Whole Health research at Virginia Tech.

2:45 – 3:45 PM | Networking & Ideation Sprint

  • Form interdisciplinary teams in themed breakout rooms
  • Co-create Whole Health project concepts: define the challenge, outline the approach, identify partners, and map next steps
  • Engage in structured brainstorming while allowing time for organic networking

3:45 – 4:15 PM | Highlights from the Ideation Sprint
Selected teams present emerging project concepts and receive feedback from Consortium members and university leaders.

4:15 – 5:00 PM | Showcase Reception & Closing
Enjoy refreshments, continue conversations, and explore the Idea Gallery to discover new collaborations.
