As the Chief Well-Being Officer, my mission is to to improve the health and well-being of the people, workplaces, and communities we serve.  We are taking care of the people who take care of the people.  I am always looking for better, more effective ways to do this and see a benefit to the Whole Health approach.  In addition, as a pediatric emergency medicine physician, I am privy to the ways that health suffers without a holistic approach.
