FC NETS ultimate objective is to provide transportation at little or no cost for those in need in Franklin County VA because of economic hardship, physical, sensory, mental, paychological,  and/or emotional disability and any other infirmity.

Mission: To ensure Franklin Eounty residents have transportation to access non-emergency services.

Vision: Improve the health and well-being of Franklin County residents.
